I meant all of that. But if you feel you need leadership then you need to do a council system. Nothing huge. Pick 3 from the moderate right, 3 from the middle and 3 from the moderate left of the spectrum. This should represent everyone in leadership without making one single person the leader. Pick from among the core group if you can. The ones that have been with it from the beginning.
Do this in all the cities. Then the councils can lead and then the councils can coordinate collectively. Do this ONLY if you really feel that a leader is needed to continue your success.
IF you pick a single leader, and its not the right leader, it will probably nearly destroy this movement and in the very least set it back. Also one person is much easier to corrupt and thus becomes untrustworthy to the general community out of habit.
