Forum Post: Anyone considered....maybe its judicial?

here is my common sense thoughts.

you learned in 9th grade government classes that there are THREE EQUAL branches of government. You hear everyday about 2 of them. Executive and the Legislature. What you do not hear about is the judicial branch. Let me explain what that is, incase you forgotten (or just didnt know). The purpose of the judicial branch of government is to ensure that the laws passed and orders given by the president and congress is CONSTITUTIONAL. you know the document our nation was founded on, that obama wipes his ass with and that bush was too dumb to read. It has been ignored and non enforced for about 100 years. The judicial branch is really the courts, and on the federal level, the Supreme Court. It takes over 10 years to get your case to that level and you only get 1 hour to give each side of the case. Problem is, when was the last time they did shit. Pause while you read the 9th and 10th amendment, you will need this AMENDMENT 10 " The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people". Now. How many fucking rights and rules have they broken that they had no business being in. Want proof, open a fucking law library. Look at the Patriot ACT. The ability to make laws that violate our constitution or the sponsoring of corporations or BAILOUTS are unconstitional. But it is easier to print money then it is to get a court hearing in front of the supreme court. And we have printed a shit load of it. 15 trillion worth of it, and its getting higher. Given to CORPORATIONS. The government keeps making it, and the top 1% keeps getting a majority of it. See china's financial strategy (Buy US Debt). Are you starting to see the flaw in how the ACTUAL checks and balance system works in our government. Obviously it would be impossible to read every single peace of legislation out there, and yeah, if 100 in congress are making bank while the media (follow the money and who owns a majority of television stations and its alot higher up the FOX or CNN). Those are the true 1%. So yeah, a couple million in the top 1% ill believe it. Why hate on them? Because, they have cut corners, cheated tax brakes, and outsource american jobs and our leaders have not only allowed it, but have encouraged and funded it. They can not do the jobs they are suppose to be doing and that is what we are pissed about. I want to leave a better world for my child, not one thats fixed like Atlantic city.
