People are talking about magazine limitation, assault weapon bans, and so on and so forth. It is really quite funny if it were not so obviously pathetic that this is just a show and a play to take away your rights.
A 10 bullet magazine limit is really noble and touching, except you can knock off 10 people, take 10 seconds to load another 10 bullets, all while teachers and counselors are cowering in broom closets (because it is reviled to talk about arming teachers or counselors), then knock off another 10 people.
That is one person. If 2 or 3 are gathered together, you can have a real blood bath.
I do not mean to appear mean, but perhaps we can focus on more feasable and expedient methods to protect schools.

You can swap a mag in less than a second; and most folks carry at least one spare mag. Restricting mag capacity is just feel good legislation.

And no, it’s not a special skill. Anyone can do it that fast.
Some stats about magazine sizes in this info piece. http://www.assaultweapon.info/
Thanks, I’m familiar with magazine capacities. Used a M14 in the service, now own a couple of AR’s with 30 round mags. Also have an AK47 with a 76 round drum. My favorite Beretta pistol holds 14, 17 or twenty rounds depending on which mag I use. My carry weapon holds only five rounds, but if needed I can swap mags quick.
Again, Obama’s semi-auto and magazine restriction is just pointless. I’m just flabbergasted anyone thinks it will reduce gun violence. Especially since there’s approximately 85 million AR’s and AK’s that will be grandfathered, and not covered by any new ban.
