Hi Guys. I'm a libertarian socialist myself so the American Libertarian Party is not always a perfect fit for me but I've enjoyed many of the articles and videos LP Presidential candidate Lee Wrights has published regarding his opposition to war and defense spending. I hope you might enjoy this video and if anyone would like to take it as a springboard for discussion here are some thoughts: -Where does the antiwar movement currently stand in terms of numbers and strength? -Which Presidential candidate from any party has the strongest antiwar message? Which has the most pragmatic given our current entanglements? -Are ethical interventions to stop genocide advisable and under what circumstances? Should the intervention be military or just humanitarian aid. Is the violence in Syria one of these instances?
