Forum Post: Anti-police sentiment... Any thoughts? Anyone else worried?

Hey everybody! I am so excited that our movement is growing!!! However, I feel like a lot of the energy is beginning to shift towards violence and conflict with police. I understand that there have been many wrongs; I was actually maced a few weeks ago... But anger towards the NYPD is a distraction from the real reason we are here. It is so important that we remain non-violent and composed and respectful examples to our aggressors. I am really beginning to worry however... Any thoughts? Any ideas? I am I worried over nothing?
