Put foodstamps, cash assistance, and medicaid on a slope like EIC. If you claim 0 income you don't get welfare for life! The more you help your own circumstance the more help you recive until you start reaching the end of poverty level your benefits would then go back down. I work for the state and HATe the people coming in with Iphones, coach purses, and cadilacs, crying about their 0 income homes. Then you don't have a fridge to put your food in obviously! You have 0 income you can't have a house obviously.
