National Defense Authorization Act
Congress -- for the first time in our nation's history -- has codified a system of indefinite detention for U.S. Citizens without charge and authorized such confinement on the basis of suspicion alone without trial!!!
These provisions deny American citizens their due process rights under a new, nebulous set of directives, it not only would make us less safe, but it will serve as an unprecedented threat to our constitutional liberties!!!

Well if it was not, it is now. I was talking to a man in his 60's this afternoon, and he cannot believe what is happening.
He was a soldier in Nam, and like a like of solders today, he wonder to me out loud what he was fighting for.
When Vietnam area vets are calling for revolution, time is about up on the ruling class.
