Forum Post: American Manifesto 2nd Part

We have to stand up and peacefully support movements like this to let our government know we are no longer okay with this agenda. We will no longer support support politicians who stand behind the benefit of a few at the expense of the rest of us. We will support people who will listen to Warren Buffet's proposal to have the rich pay higher taxes. Republicans are making a big stink about it. There are people like Bill O'Reily saying he will quit his show should this ever pass. We need to stand up and say we must listen to Mr. Buffet's proposal and we are okay with having Bill O'Reily off the air for good.

We want a government for the people and that means for all people for all Americans regardless of creed, religion, sexual orientation, race, economic level or intellect. We want the country we inherited from FDR and from all those who were brave enough to stand up in times of crisis like today and had the nerve to fight for a common cause.

We must ensure we restore our American Dream back for all of us and pass it to future generations. We must show the 1% who is in control of our economy that we are not a brainless pack, that America is made out of brave honest people who will not longer tolerate this economic disparity. We must show ourselves and the world we are a nation of progress not only because we have the world's richest entrepreneurs, but because we take care of all our people.
