The need for the demands are the result of not defending the constitution in 1984 when ollie north was lying to congress with impunity. It needs defense and we can prove it. Article 5 is the way to defend it. Law enforcement and municipal leaders must change their perspective while you are sing constitutional right to defend the constitution. This is a letter that actually cites the violations of law that congress is conducting at this moment having neglected, non feased and mal feased for so long we are seriously needing to engage remedy. This could be legitimately be used to Occupy Congress in constructive notice.
Then go to the state with this house resolution after 45 days IF congress does not act.

I believe you and I agree with you but all people need to do is to see the simple truth by their hearts and minds to move and change the system on behalf of people! Simple truth is not very complicated !
The Declaration of Independence Because Article 5, a codification of what is said in the Declaration of Independence, can be used to amend the consitution without congress being involved, when 3/4 of the states are ratifying, the system can be restored to constitutional operation.

Congress has been intentionally violating the constitution for 100 years, probably for the purpose of weaking, dividing, confusing, distracting etc; the people, so they cannot effectively unify and oppose the infiltration of government which started long ago. First of all you don't need a monolithic super empire, think States or Countys as regional power, then think like in Italy where Tuscany is communism, but Milano up north is fascist, everybody's happy. The best places on earth are communal in nature, there are still remote farms in China operating communally and much of SE-ASIA, and people living like they lived 500 years ago, everything comes from the land, and nobody needs to import anything, ... everybody has everything they need.
Then look at modern USA, nothing is made, nobody has a job, and everybody shops at corporate walmart where 'cargo' is made faraway, an everybody eats at mcDonald's, .. So long as that is the model nothing can work.

I believe aggressive redistribution to give equal opportunity(in education, health, legal system, rights, liberties) to everybody, and the safety net for those who are in need( jobless, sick,..) is enough to create socialism. This is required to have a society where people respect each other. Our society is failing so bad, that if we don't have the empire and the dollar it can collapse and prove itself unproductive and ineffective. Everybody should be respected and get education, than people would always correct the system and create a better one. In our current system human spirit is under attack.

All citizens should be equal in front of law at least. Our legal system currently does not provide equality. It is a joke. Liberte, equalite, pursuit of happiness! Remember. It does not imply that all equal people are slave. Equality is means to end , not an end in itself.
The business of the USA is business, money talks and bullshit walks to prison. Everything is for sale in the USA, which is why the nation is now in economic ruin.
I understand the country is corrupt but I also believe if we don't do anything it is going to collapse socially and economically. If the world dumps the dollar because of our actions, sudden collapse would occur and after that social collapse might follow. Since there has never been racial or economic justice in the U.S. , once it collapses all hell can break loose.
You need to understand that NO western civilization in history has lasted more than 200 years, the Romans lasted longest, but as technology developed the process collapse takes less time. It took the Romans a 1,000 years to debase their currency. It has taken the USA 30-40 years to destroy 95% of a dollars value.
Now we're in freefall. The rest of the world doesn't need the USA largely a myth the world needs the USA.
Here's a couple of myths.

The world doesn't need the USA, the USA holds the NUKE-GUN to the worlds head and forces it use USDOLLARS as fiat for OIL sales, that is the ONLY reason the US-DOLLAR is still accepted abroad.
The majority of the world would be happy to see the self-appointed 'worlds policeman' go to hell.
The world has never been a fair place, but I honestly believe this, that we as a PEOPLE, not as a NATION but as a people can do far better working together as community's than what the US government provides with FBI/DHS, ... a police state is NOT required for happiness. If the US Government collapses life moves on, and all the cop's become un-employed and citizens once again deputize their own sheriff and people live.
I agree that we don't need the empire. After collapse the empire and dollar will be gone, so we will be forced to build more productive and harmonious society.
