We cant do away with Corporate Person hood per se as they do represent a large part of our economy, and if we want to be able to tax them fairly we cannot take away their voice completely. But they certainly should not be allowed to have a louder voice than any one person.

But we can eliminate private funding completely from campaigns. Right now a candidate can opt out of public funds and go completely on private. Remove this optio is a start. I know this would have to be the cornerstone of the amendment.

As far as other loopholes, Superpacs and lobbyists would need to be addressed. I think Superpacs should be eliminated completely. And lobbyist's be allowed to conduct business only under record and finances must be transparent. Like many of us I am still researching the specifics of what the wording would be. The old guard has done a good job of confusing the whole issue.
