Forum Post: Almost put out of business by small bank

This should be in Ripleys Believe it or Not. In 2010 I was charged over $14,000 in bank fees by a local Bank, East Carolina Bank, whom at the same time received 18 million in stimulus money! No one, The FDIC, The Banking Commissioner, The Dept. of Consumer Affairs, The NC Attorney Generals Office or the media was willing to take them on. The media told me we don't report consumer versus business complaints. Everyone else told me I was a business and not a consumer even though I am a one man show. I even have proof that their online banking system is designed to confuse the consumer by showing them three different balances for your account. Is there anyone out there that can help? I am about to loose my business and go on unemployment and welfare. Please contact me at sales@carguyz.com if you can seriously help me get my money back and put this bank on the wall of shame.
