it seems clear the overall atmosphere has changed to a sufficient degree that violence is inevitable. Whether this change is entirely due to a process of deliberation or not is impossible to say - but if the terror arrest is, then that increases the likelihood - both of deliberation and of bloodshed.
We have no way to reliably harness the potential outcome - the risk to the movement and the sacrifice that would entail seems unnecessary.
