I realize that not all OWS protesters are advocates of Communism, for those that are, this is for you.
Communism, while great in theory, is ridiculous and implausible in practice. This is because people need incentive to accomplish anything great. For example, if we lived in a Communist country who would want to go through years of schooling to become a doctor when they'll earn just as much as a janitor? You can't force people to do that. Also, eventually the Communist regime would be overthrown, just as every communist regime has been or will be. China only became quite prosperous when they started moving toward a free market economy. A free market, capitalist economy model is why America is the most wealthy nation in the world. We can NOT move away from that without serious and far reaching repercussions.
you must be confused:another group, another time, another place. noone's talking communism here. thery're talking "Americanism and Democracy"

i don't think that represents the group. anyone posts here, as you can see
Which is why I said that I realize that not all OWS protesters are advocates of Communism.
i'll grant you communism sucks. Brother-in-law Roberto was a political prisoner of Fidel, 9 years, for owning land, & speaking out politically. Communism has not worked as a forced system of labor: see China, Cambodia, Vietnam, N. Korea. Communism's dead.
Yep, pretty much.
"Every movement that seeks to enslave a country, every dictatorship or potential dictatorship, needs some minority group as a scapegoat which it can blame for the nation’s troubles and use as a justification of its own demands for dictatorial powers. In Soviet Russia, the scapegoat was the bourgeoisie; in Nazi Germany, it was the Jewish people; in America, it is the businessmen." - Ayn Rand
1 Who caused the housing crisis? Government. 2 Who bailed out the banks? Government 3 Who's behind the OWS? Government 4 Who believes in Sal Alinsky's Rules For Radicals? Many in our government.

How did Rahm Emanuel put it, "You never want a crisis to go to waste.".

What never gets old?
Maxine Waters getting her foot caught in her mouth. Watch video below: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=o3I-PVVowFY
For some reason the link isn't showing up on my computer.
Very strange. I'm able to pull up both links with no problems. Maybe you should google search "Youtube, Maxine Waters slip of tongue". See what happens.
Ha! That's great!
Told ya, it never gets old.
I might just watch that again.
LOL, I'm sure you will sometime down the road. You won't be able to help yourself. :)
Capitalism is just as bad as communism and socialism......
