I understand that you "just don't get it",. that you can not quite figure out what these miscontents actually want, where are the demands, who are the leaders? I hear that "dirty hippies" have infested a park or two that you have never been to,. and this for some reason bothers you deeply. I see that you are sure these people can not have anything to say that will advance your personal agenda. I realize that Fox"News" and other corporate media have told you to fight these people,. and you have taken it upon yourself to ridicule and attack them, to spam this forum with nonsense and straw-man arguments, and to troll it till it is overrun with "more appropriate" ideas,. ideas that support the corporate structures, that you know and apparently love. I know you feel you are "smarter" than any of the people that are out of work or in debt,. and the many that have already lost their homes and families because the corporate system seeks only profits,. and has no mechanisms to measure anything but money. I acknowledge your concern,. misguided as it is.
But why is this movement still growing? Even with the corporate media focusing on the paid provocateurs,. and hiding the true numbers that have been active in the streets,. even with the many police attacks, over and over,. even with the fire departments stealing power generation,. and bulldozers destroying peoples property. How does this movement keep gaining ground? Why do the google and twitter trends show that so many people are so very interested in what the movement has to offer? Think about it. What could be the reason that, all your efforts to thwart this silly bongo drumming peaceful protest of the people has failed,. over and over? Got anything? Still thinking I hope. It really is not that difficult, the majority of people are finished enduring this system that threw so many of us overboard like 30 years ago. This movement offers something the corporate systems have been working to destroy since they gained power,. community. The powers-that-have-been are shaking in their boots,. they are scared and are willing to try anything to stop this uprising of people. The power of people, the power of truth, the power of community is the rock that will break the corporate strangle hold on democracy, and the freedom of we the people.
This Occupy movement is growing,. your hatred is getting you nothing. Thanks for your time, it shows you really do care. Unfortunately you seem lost in greed, hatred, and ego,. these will lead you down a spiral into nothingness. Do not fear change, it is inevitable, all things change and grow this is the way of the universe. Ride the wave, learn and grow with us,. or fall away into self centered despair and eventually the dark cold of nothingness. Peace.
1) As I've said before, a peaceful protest is an oxymoron. 2) Greed? Real greed is seeking more money, money that does not belong to you.
Yes, you are right,. the corporate thieves and bankers have for too long taken more money that does not belong to them,. only now people are banding together as one to change the system to make this impossible,. peaceful protest is often met with violent oppression fro morons you are right again,. ;)
Did you hear that today in Denver 14,000 people moved their bank accounts totaling $100,000,000? If that is true, a) your point is made and b) that ought to get some serious attention.
