The politicians are controlled by the rich leaving OWS without any power. The true power is in the vote! Start signature petitions to eliminate the senate in each state. Nebraska has already gone to a one branch congress! Then vote out the house of representatives and go to a direct democracy in which all issues are voted on by the people directly. Start eliminating politicians jobs and they'll start to listen.
OWS doesn't have any power because it is a tiny tiny movement. At most it has perhaps 200 thousand activists. When we are able to bring 30 or 40 million people into the streets then we will be taken seriously.
