Forum Post: A movement for change....

I've seen several posts calling for many avenues that this movement can take. Some violent (respond to the police the way they are treating us...) some non-violent (keeping taking the punches, till they embarrass themselves) . While it is easy to understand those advocating a violent response, violent changes are rarely lasting ones. If you want a change, then you'll have to change something violence never changes.... you have to CHANGE THEIR MINDS!! You can start by changing the government - Start voting out ALL of the government - NO incumbents left in government - start with recalls of all sitting "multimillionaires' - begin recall petitions of all rich Senators and Congressmen. Define rich as anyone worth more than 6 figures. Remove them all. Then, the people left in government will be closer to "the 99%" and maybe, just maybe, we might get them to start passing laws that will let the 99% be, at least, a little better off....

Thanks for your contribution, I think this is a sound avenue for this movement to take and discuss. People agree with you, we need to focus our energy. :)
