It's a short read but tremendous. If you really want to make a difference, this call to action will help. http://aynrandlexicon.com/ayn-rand-ideas/introducing-objectivism.html

I cant support those ideals. For one many people have genetic disorders from birth which stop them from realizing those ideals, and would, if their parents are unable to pay on the free market, result in their deaths.

As to this small minority, in a free country they have to rely solely on private, voluntary charity- the kindness of the doctors or of the better off. Such charity was always forthcoming in the past in America.

But it is not a guarantee, there is a chance of them not receiving adequate care.

Yes, you're right. There is that chance of them not receiving adequate care. My Cousin has two children with autism. When both she and her husband were out of work, they called family, friends and charitable organizations. They also signed up for welfare. They noticed that the Doctor who was paid through the system of County wasn't giving their kids the same attention as two other Doctors who had agreed to help them simply from their kindness. The State paid the one Doctor through the welfare program. No one paid the other two but they cared more. She stopped taking her kids to the County Clinic. I noticed a very similar thing when I was out of work. My daughter has ADHD.

But to your point, you're right. There was no guarantee that my Cousin's charitable Doctors would have agreed to care for her kids nor the Doctor I took my Daughter to. Further, I believe that in a free society the odds are much, much greater that more Doctors would be inclined to give of their time and expertise, charitably.

I disagree. The mess that were in was because of those who detested the ideas of 1776. http://aynrandlexicon.com/lexicon/america.html
