Do not attempt to exclude these people through hateful rhetoric (as i have seen a lot of on this forum) Or you will be the "16%ers" and declining.
See beyond red and blue by pew institute for more detail.
What does religion have to do with it? Besides, I think Jesus was all about sharing, equality and helping the weak. In fact this way of thinking started with him.
The Romans and most others at the time believed more in survival of the fittest. The Spartians would throw the weak from a rock on to the cliffs. I prefer Jesus concept of how the world should be.
We all may not agree on religion. However, we can unite as one if we can all agree on our right to freedom.
I am an atheist and I have absolutely NO problem with evangelicals, fundamentalists, Mormons, Muslims, or anyone else joining this movement. We need as many people as we can get if we want to get reforms passed.
We should kill off all the other religions and force everyone to be Christian! That's what Jesus would do. Yaaaay then we can have great 'family values' which means killing brown people for oil and hating gays. Yaaay! As an atheist I hate all these old fictional books. They don't do anything but divide people and cause war.
You have just proven my point about the desire to be "all inclusive". thank you.
respect no establishment of religion. everyone will find there own way to there own higher power. no need to talk about that here. The enemy of the people are the international bankers who make wars and pull strings from the shadows.
Jesus Christ never said that "greed is good". In fact, Jesus Christ said that we should serve the poor, and help them.
And Jesus flipped out on the money changers for stealing the people silver. Wake up all you Jesus freaks and follow his example and start flipping the tables on the common enemy of the people!!!
You totally missed the point. What Jesus did or did not say is not the issue here. It is the rhetoric that is being spewed against what the majority of Americans believe. If you offend the heart, you lose the mind.
