The 67 biggest donors, each of whom gave $1 million or more, donated more than three times as much as the 508,000 smallest donors combined, according to a POLITICO analysis of reports filed with the Federal Election Commission and the Internal Revenue Service.

The 67 mega-donors accounted for $128 million in cash to super PACs supporting specific 2016 presidential candidates. In all, POLITICO’s analysis found that 29 super PACS and other big-money non-profits dedicated to the candidates combined to raise $271 million from 9,500 donors, for an average donation of $29,000.

On the ledger’s other side, the analysis found that donors who gave $200 or less to the candidates’ campaigns (and whose donations are estimated at $75 each) combined to donate $38 million to the campaigns of the 21 announced candidates.

you should really start an anti-bombing movement, you really seem to care about it, not so much that you would soil your hands to do something about it, but enough to complain anyway, still OWS is a movement about money in politics and wealth inequality, I know you wish it were about bombs and like I say you should start one of those....

One can only hope that these big money donors keep getting burned as their candidates fail.

HRC is cashing in on the big money as well - Spews talking heads point that out - constantly - and though Bernie has a ton more individual supporters (real people) - Spews goe4s on to say that that gives HRC the edge in support - F'n assholes - IT'S NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT MAKES THE ULTIMATE DIFFERENCE "NOT" F'n MONEY (at least at this point in time). F'n spews programs and their F'n spewing heads.

I'd save a little for the GOP if I were you DK, but there this is most likely the most important post I've put up in a bit, if not forever Cater recently talked about this, if people don't stand up for democracy we will be screwed but with so many sheeps and want-2-bes I am afraid we will lose and America will become China...

You say this but there is a group that refuses to take corporate dollars and you hate them.

Ironic eh?

I hate all that work to elect the GOP, what is ironic is how hard those people work to do so, they elect people like W Bush then act surprised, Bernie don't take their money but you don't support him because he doesn't feed into your personal dream for power, you are a ego whore which has nothing to do with activism.
