Love it.
This is according to Gallup, a pretty conservative poll.
Popular vote, so that Obumma and Shit Rumney don't just get to suck up to Ohio and Florida.
I do not support get getting of the electoral college who doing the polling the New York Times. Electoral College acts as checks on uninformed voters and it acts as a check on majority tyranny rule.
Majority rule is democracy.
Indeed. Uninformed voters who would vote away the rights of minorities.
Proxy votes and the Electoral College, and the modern caucus party nomination process should all be removed. We are in a highly connected, digital society and do not need proxy votes. And we are more informed, and do not need selections to be limited to Team 1 and Team 2.
The electoral college is an attack on the people from the elitist minds of the "founding fathers." They had a ton of amazing ideas, but when it came down to it, they thought their opinions were more important than majority rule, which is what democracy is.
The founding father's were not Gods.
We need the electoral college.
