Forum Post: 409 forbidden error/ no chat

the forum gives me a 409 error any time i try to respond to a response, and will not even load the chat software.
whats up? is this a hack? is this some glitch? WTF?
I,am also getting forbidden ,when i click on replies i though i was at the forbidden planets web site ,perhaps we are ,life is for giving not for getting
