Dear Occupy protesters: You have the support, but you need organization and a goal. Fighting the nebulous concept of inequality will never succeed to create lasting change. Few movements have ever had such a diverse and skilled group of people. Put them to use. Here are three ideas to try and re balance the economy of American, and the World. Step 1: For Economic and Corporate scholars. Create a Corporate Black list. Educate your supporters as to which companies thrive off of inequality and greed and which companies are part of the 99%. This website shows great design; we could have an online blacklist in days, and hit businesses where it hurts, their bottom line. Step 2: For the mathematicians and Economists. Create a tax code that creates that taxes Employees and business owners more extensively on the percentage of money they make over the average employee. For example if the CEO is earning 1 million a year, but the average employee makes 50 thousand, the CEO’s additional taxable income is 950 thousand, and the rate would be determined by the percentage of the difference between the two numbers, so this particular CEO is making 20 times more than the average employee, so the rate might be steep. On the other hand if there is a corporate executive who makes 1 million, but the average employee makes 500 thousand. Then the executive would have 500 thousand in taxable income and a lower tax rate since they only make twice as much as an average employee. This kind of tax system would still encourage growth and success, but would hinder those who choose to be greedy and keep the earned wealth for themselves. This way successful companies can grow through cooperation. We don’t need to end capitalism, we need to end greed. This tax would have to still reward those who run a successful business, but hinder those who are using cheap labor to grow rich. This tax would most likely replace capital gains and work in combination with a new tax package. Finally: For the law and political science experts: The US government may be corrupt, but it’s not broken. Back some Candidates, register to vote, and demand a bill that allows transparency to the bank accounts of senators, representatives, presidents, and presidential candidates. The information of course would have be censored by a third party group to protect personal information and the safety of our public figures. Create a political wiki that clearly displays a candidates voting history and any suspicious bank account deposits.

Like an archer, you are less likely to hit a target if you are not aiming, you need to aim at a goal. And don’t say “the un-aimed arrow never misses.”

Destruction is always easier that construction. Many people have been lured to the “Occupy” project by the idea of tearing down the current system. Let’s see if they will stick around for the slow construction as well. Because if the occupiers don’t stick around and rebuild, you know who will.

I get the impression that anarchists control this website and have No Intention of Achieving Consensus and Voicing a Specific Action. We need a congresswo/men to be a sponsor of each Demand such as: Fight for #7. Resolve Congress Deadlock on New JOBS- Here is a New Game Plan. Divide the New Jobs Money In-Half to R & D. Let each Party Prove they can create the most new jobs. The Media and CBO keeps score for the next 6 months. We the PEOPLE mark a 'Check-Off' on our IRS-1040 for 2012 on which Jobs Act We want to CANCEL on April 15th, 2012. I have 19 more Fighting Points: http://fuzzythinker.WebStarts.com/ows-_fighting_points.html

One more thing.

Remove the political influence of corporations.

So here's what we're up against. 1) The Supreme Court ruling that a corporation, business, club, church, city, community, etc... is an organization of The People and that it is those people's rights that are being represented by the organization, thus giving the organization faux personhood.

2) The repugnant Supreme Court Ruling that says Congress cannot limiting corporate political spending without limiting the People's right to free speech.

I personally think that an individual should be able to spend all of their money any way they want. If they want to run for president, they can spend all their money to do so (like Ross Perot). If a rich person wants to fund my campaign for President, they can do so.

HOWEVER!!! ORGANIZATIONS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FUND CAMPAIGNS. Organizations rarely represent their members' political beliefs when spending politically, and even more rarely give members the choice to opt out of political spending they don't agree with.

We need nothing less than a Constitutional Amendment to get past the Supreme Court Rulings. A constitutional amendment that forbids organized money from being spent for political means. The regulations enacting the law would impose fines and penalties up to and including dissolving the organization. The Supreme Court can't overturn a Constitutional Amendment.

Political campaign fund raising will still exist, and individuals can donate as much as they want, and who donated how much will be public record, but corporations would not be able to donate a penny.

The Progressive movement (very similar to the Occupy movement) was all about common people against the elite, the 99% against the 1%. The elite controlled the Senate through easily purchased Local State Representatives. As a result, the 17th Amendment was passed and the power to appoint US Senators was stripped from the State Legislatures and given to the voting People.

The Occupy movement can and should strive for that Constitutional Amendment. It's been done before and should be done again!

We have the numbers, time, resolve to get it done. Taking the corporations out of politics is what we want, isn't it?

Our Constitution does not provide for a Public/National Referendum so until Congress backs us, we're just blowing hot air.

Occupy has to propose the Amendment to as many Congressmen that will listen and start focusing on getting it passed. It's the only way to make lasting change. A Congressman has to stand up in Congress and propose legislation or all of this is for nothing. It's time Occupy Wall Street became Occupy D.C.
