Constitutional reform: We need to make movetoamend.com happen. The country was not founded for the benefit of corporations, it's for humans! The Constitution should not apply to non-human "people" (corporations). The Supreme Court's Citizens United ruling was a travesty. We won't be democracy when the most influential "citizens" are corporations filling the airwaves with political propaganda designed to benefit themselves. Once our political system is more fully distorted, we lose all chance at necessary reforms. Every political office will be owned by corporate interests.
Tax reform: Corporate loopholes have corporations making huge money and paying no taxes. And get rid of Bush's un-funded $1.3T tax breaks for the rich that we never needed and could never afford.
Financial sector reform: The Dodd act that was passed was so watered-down, and even then the Republicans starve it of funding and it it doesn't get implemented.
Are laws that are not ratified by the states really laws of the land? If not, should we not just ignore them? Anyway ---
Since all taxes are embedded in the cost of goods and services and the end user consumer pays them all, what difference who pays what income tax? If you tax the rich it is just passed on to the cost of those goods and services.
Problem really is that there are so many taxing agencies, tax on tax, federal, state, local, ad nausea that no one really has a clue what their tax bite percentage is. It may be more than you make when consider the inflation tax and your share of the national debt.

The most important constitutional change should be to the voting system. Without proportional representation we will get nowhere: http://usparliament.blogspot.com/2011/10/occupy-wall-street-fight-for.html
You forgot one small thing, you will never get change as long as evil people are in position to fuck you up. Evil people are those who live to fuck you and everybody up all day everyday. You know who these people are. They can be anywhere, even in the Christian church like the Right Wing Christians.
Solid, succinct list.
