Forum Post: 2 Ideas for Demands

I would like to suggest 2 over-arching demands for OWS. 1) Massive Campaign Finance Reform, meaning get corporate money out of the democratic process. There is no hope for a legitimate government, whose interests are in the prosperity and health of All Americans as long as corporate (e.g. big oil) money buys representation. 2) Bring back the reality of a Free Press. Let's find ways to liberate our media from corporate interests. This movement ultimately cannot succeed if Fox News and Rupert Murdoch get to determine what is news.
