So let's get this straight. The 1st Amendment does not accord OWSers the right to have tents and sleeping bags, etc., in Zuccotti Park, but it does provide corporations the right to make unlimited contributions to political campaigns by virtue of "personhood". ... WTF? No wonder OWS! They just do not get it!

That's right, you don't have a right to go and set up camp anywhere you like. In Citizens United a poorly crafted law that prohibited political movies and books from being released close to elections was declared unconstitutional. The court didn't directly say corporations were people, but that any group does have the right to express themselves through a movie. A fine point perhaps, personhood through the back door. Don't blame the court for that one, McCain-Feingod was poorly written.

yeah corporations are People ,and people are ketchup and pizza are vegetables..I'm starting to see the light.. Politicians are upstanding paid for stooges for Corporations,Corporations and money suppliers control the world..Dressed in three piece suits, Pigs and wolves, devour my flesh..
