Evo Morales, the first indigenous president in the Americas, [Bolivia] was ousted by a coup. A right wing senator has declared herself president.
Evo brought prosperity to most Bolivians at the expense of the de facto aristocracy that impoverished the gemeral population to enrich themselves for many generations. They're back! Nothing new about that.
The rich have ruled most of the Earth starting about 10,000 years ago, when Adam and Eve abandoned the garden to put the knowledge of evil in practice by living off the work of others in the community. That is: we do the work for them and they take the profit for themselves. I'm talking about the rich, who have always been over (only nominally or briefly and intermittantly with) us.
For too many the status quo is ok, as long as there's no law against them getting a piece of the plunder for themselves. But what percentage of the people on Earth can be rich, if one must have ten times the average wealth to qualify. And the real probability is much less than than number. WTFU!
The freedom to employ others to create profit for owners is morally indistinguishable from the freedom to enslave. Capitalism is abomination.
