I've just come up with 10 steps that would lead to recovery.
step 1. Vote out this do nothing congress.
step 2. The occupied amendment. Unless there is an amendment to prohibit big money from undermining our democracy the rest is useless.
step 3. Reinstate the Glass Steagall act. Its time that banks started behaving like banks instead of casinos.
step 4. Outlaw derivatives. Seriously just get rid of them.
step 5. Impose tariffs on countries with trade deficit like China. They have a domestic economy, they can take care on their own.
step 6. Put in place a living wage that automatically keeps up with inflation.
step 7. Implement the Robbin Hood tax. For more info go to http://robinhoodtax.org/
step 8. Audit the fed and make sure they don't give a cent to banks.
step 9.Decrease the military budget to a level that reflects most countries around the world.
step 10. Regulate the hell out of Wallstreet.
So what do you guys think?
Get rid of Obama and plugs Biden, pelosi, reid, etc
No disrespect but this is child's play. It's much too little too late. Our problems are huge. This is like swatting a fly on an elephants butt.
Don't be distracted. That's why nothing ever changes for the better.
"WAKE UP PEOPLE!” - JOIN THE REVOLUTION There is a better way to fight back. Read “Common Sense 3.1” at ( http://www.revolution2.osixs.org ) – “entirely”
How else can I say this? "We Are Free!" http://WeAreFree.osixs.org "Spread the News"
I agree this is no walk in the park. But it is compared to a revolution. Which are more often violent rather than not.
Also I think meeting anyone of those goals would be good enough to get our point across. Especially the occupied amendment.
Also the easiest one to accomplish would be to vote this congress out. The only thing people would have to do is get up from their seats and vote on November. I mean they have single digit approval rating for petes sake.
