Quote # 8 of 10: "On October 24, three suspects approached a 24-year old female victim and allegedly threatened to kill her for filing a complaint with the NYPD that resulted in their friend’s arrest (for rape)."

These reports are very disturbing. (See http://www.mrctv.org/sites/default/files/embedcache/107054.html for an example reached from your source) but my main problem with them is that every report, no matter what it is, is addressed in only one way: plans to break up the protests, or at least refuse to renew their permits (See http://biggovernment.com/jsshapiro/2011/11/02/police-reports-reveal-ten-worst-crimes-allegedly-committed-at-occupy-demonstrations-in-the-u-s/ ).

Now I think that if cops wanted to do something about a rape, or even about someone using heroin in a tent, that they'd go in and grab the person actually involved. Occupy Baltimore doesn't exactly look like a walled fortress. But the only actual concern is to get the people out of there.

Of course, this is no different from how crime is generally dealt with where homeless people are concerned...
