My vote would have to go to Sandra Day O'Conner, who after all this time, finally expresses regret for having appointed G.W. Bush.
Better late then never, doesn't apply here.
It does however, lend even more credence to all the studies that show conse(R)vatism demonstrates a lack of critical thing as well as something of a knee jerk attitude, and a fear of leaving the status quo behind..
