This content is user submitted and not an official statement

This user elf3 hates on me just because I'm a Mexican immigrant.

He makes all kinds of assumptions like I came to US illegally, I don't pay taxes, I want acceptance without doing nothing, etc...

Why is such low level right wing redneck type rhetoric accepted on an OWS forum?

You can read his baseless accusations and anti-immigrant rants starting here and keep going down:

THRASHINGMASKS - you have never been accepted here. So your post is at the outset = IDIOTIC. But that is nothing new with you.

[-] -3 points by DiegoAlbanese (-45) from Miami, FL 9 years ago

Unsurprisingly, you support anti-immigration right wingers. If you were a true occupier elf3's cheap attacks on immigrants would bother you greatly. But, as we both know, you never really cared for occupy ideology at all.

Witch hunt!! I'll break ground on this I'm not afraid of you or your accusations...you can't stifle free speech or discussion ...I'm an american woman ...I'm not sure what goes on in your country...well there do seem to be a lot of beheadings and a blossoming sex trade...you can put all the words in my mouth you see fit but you can't argue with that fact.

[-] -1 points by DiegoAlbanese (-45) from Miami, FL 9 years ago

Who tried to stifle free speech? I am exercising my free speech and telling it like it is. In no way am I stifling your free speech. Please, say what you want, but when your spew your anti-immigrant right wing garbage expect me to use my free speech to denounce it.

News flash KKK boy, I'm also an American. I have an American citizenship and I pay my taxes. My ass is just as American as yours.

Deal with it.

Yup, we have a problem with the sex trade and drugs. America has a problem with stupid fat people. Every country has problems. What is your point?

[-] 2 points by elf3 (4203) 9 years ago

Well which problem seems worse to you cause if you can't tell I'm a little scared to have you as a citizen...sex slavery vs well fed people ...our country is having problems much bigger than this however will you stand and fight or will you be heading off to Canada?

[-] -3 points by DiegoAlbanese (-45) from Miami, FL 9 years ago

If you think immigration is a potential problem that is legitimate, but you have to use a legitimate way to deal with the problem. Talk to your representatives, bring up the problem using properly formed arguments.

Don't attack immigrants directly using typical uneducated anti-immigrant rhetoric and your lame assumptions.

I came here legally under your laws. So leave me alone and call your local politician you evil right winger.

[-] 1 points by elf3 (4203) 9 years ago

Well I won't because I don't have an issue with legal immigration I hate the notion of amnesty half assed citizen

[-] -3 points by DiegoAlbanese (-45) from Miami, FL 9 years ago

Why did you assume I was illegal instead of assuming I was legal, or, better yet, remain neutral and simply ask me to find out?

Could it be because you favour conservative anti-immigration ideologies?

[-] 1 points by elf3 (4203) 9 years ago

Well I won't because I don't have an issue with legal immigration I hate the notion of amnesty half assed citizenry and illegals undercutting american labor with exp, oitive wages ...and I'm partially playing devils advocate to provoke a discussion..but you aren't taking any bait ...I did ask you in fact:

1 points by elf3 (2363) 13 hours ago If you are Mexican...then what say should you have over a country with which you can't identify yourself with? That's like me declaring I'm american and telling the french what they should do for me. Did you come her legally? Because societies operate on collective payer systems they have to have immigration processes...it has nothing to do with race it has to do with fairness. How is it fair for one who has never paid in...to reap the benefits of the collective burden especially if your children attend scool here? The same argument is made against corporations...most of which don't identify as Americans, headquarter overseas and pay no taxes. If you aren't legal and you work...how is that possible without using a stolen social for which the identity victim is now held responsible for the burden of your income tax? If you work ilkegally then you are undercutting the wages and lowering standards for American workers. I believe first we are all human. So I have no problem with you furthering yourself, wanting a good life ...but you can't do by taking advantage of others and I think this is why so many americans are angered by illegal immigration (not at you being Mexican) ...the same way corporations have corrupted the Mexican government...making it impossible for anyone to live there happily...We have a common cause and yet you seek to divide it. It doesn't matter where you came from it matters where you are going and how you get there. Don't let party politics fool you they can promise you the world...deception comes in many forms. All they really want is a workforce that can be exploited and paid below minimum wage. Compared to Mexico it may be better than what you can achieve there but to Americans ...we view the exploitation of labor as an attack against our standard of living that diminishes the very freedom you are seeking.

You're just a conservative anti-immigrant Texas style crap talker.

[-] 2 points by elf3 (4203) 9 years ago

Truly hilarious! You have the complete wrong idea... I try to see issues from both sides...I don't think you can debate something until you know all the angles...this forum is the place for that...would you agree.?..I'm not out there telling immigrants to go home and if I saw that I would think they are small minded assholes allowing subjective views to invalidate human beings and be pissed...but I don't think you can discard their concerns or dismiss people either..some aspects of the debate are worthy of contemplation or at least a discussion. You opened the door. We have our judgments and until we can see we have them...we can never re-evaluate or change them. We all make assumptions and judge it's how we survive...it is the ability to see beyond them that counts.

Except one is allowed to criticize and the other is put at the end of a Mcarthyistic witch hunt...you also refuse to accept I am female because you clearly are a sexist pig. I don't hate you..I simply have problems with you r Mexican Nationalistic views while pledging allegiance to another particularly American flag.

[-] -3 points by DiegoAlbanese (-45) from Miami, FL 9 years ago

Everyone is allowed to criticize.

What you do is not criticize though. You make up stuff from the starting point of your redneck type assumptions. All you say about me is typical unoriginal anti-immigrant banter. You go on and on babbling how I'm here to use the system, how I don't pay taxes, how I came here illegally. All false assumptions. You don't even bother to ask. You see a Mexican name and start your anti-immgrant uneducated Texas style crap talk.

[-] 2 points by elf3 (4203) 9 years ago

You brought up the question of your National heritage...I think this is an issue for you...you brought it into the discussion and made the initial assumption we would have problems with it..I again answered your discussion with my thoughts and feelings on that subject:

[-] -3 points by DiegoAlbanese (14) from Miami, FL 22 hours ago Citizens United is too conservative to be of any interest. I suggest you stay away from supporting their right wing activities. We should encourage left wing progressive ideas instead. Are you against Mexican's like me now living in US?

[-] 2 points by elf3 (4203) 9 years ago

The hunt began before my comments...I'm never afraid to give an honest answer and I'm still not.

[-] -3 points by DiegoAlbanese (-45) from Miami, FL 9 years ago

It is a legitimate question - Are you against Mexicans like me now living in US? I don't see how asking such a legitimate question can justify your hate fill anti-immigration redneck Texas style crap talk rhetoric.

You assume I'm here illegally. You assume I'm using the system. You assume I don't pay taxes.

You assume those things simply because I was born in Mexico?

What permits you to make such negative assumptions? Do you do the same with black Americans, or other visible minorities? You always assume the worst and most negative in people?

[-] 3 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 9 years ago

Since you are not Mexican and are not living in the USA - Ur comments are meaningless distraction BS - thrashingmasks - nothing more - nothing less.

[-] 2 points by elf3 (4203) 9 years ago

Like you do? And yes i'm pretty cynical about everyone...I don't discriminate ...white ..black ...red...whatever...dicks come in all shapes and sizes and none of them are getting an automatic pass....I don't discriminate when it comes to being discriminating...and I didn't say I assumed anything I presented a common opposing viewpoint

To anyone else here...this was a potentially disastrous comment I think I got out of that ok though just keep ur dicks away from me ok...phew

[-] -3 points by DiegoAlbanese (-45) from Miami, FL 9 years ago

You sure do discriminate. You fired all kinds of assumptions about me just because I was born in Mexico.

You're a right winger discriminating uneducated conservative.

I have no idea what you are doing on an OWS site.

What's wrong with Mexico?

How many foreign nationals can enter Mexico illegally on one side and travel cross the whole country to arrive at the US border to enter USA illegally without being intercepted by Mexican authorities?

[-] 1 points by elf3 (4203) 9 years ago

The Mexican government became so corrupt that the regular people can't live there any longer it is totally hopeless for them...once it gets that bad you can't change it...America is heading there too...unless we prevent it before we are the same...we think it could never happen here..it is happening now

[-] 1 points by Crackpot (53) 9 years ago

More Mexicans migrate to the United States than from any other country. Obama might kick start immigration reform by Executive Order. based on pleas from the immigrant community and to create good PR for the Democratic party for the next election.

The Republicans are all that stands between enforcing the current immigration law and Democrats rewriting immigration law to benefit Latinos. Where are our elder statesmen?
