Who really owns the Prison Industrial complex? I'm willing to bet its the ruling elite. Prisons should never be privately owned.
You cant be serious! Prisons have been pivatly owned since 1984
and this is one of the major motivations for keeping drugs illegal
Yes, while the whole time the government and ruling elite pump the drugs into the country.
Yeah, well, every time a new law is passed another criminal is made.
