There is no subversion of the system as an individual only as a group otherwise you are a mentally unstable person mooing at the dmv. The only non cooperation is non participation for the individual unless they are participating in the frame work of a subversive political party. If you participate in the system as an individual no matter how much you would like to think otherwise you are perpetuating that same system. Sure you can say things like "I'll take it down from the inside" but in reality you are just endorsing the system by participating. Much the same was as entertaining ignorance in debate gives the air as if two opposing views have equal merit. When that is not the case at all. The entertainment of the view lends it legitimacy. Such is the case with the social constructs that we participate as individuals in our day to day lives. It is the participation that validates them. This is something that good rational men just can't seem to wrap their heads around. If you want to change the system you either have to form a group by which the power of subversion is amplified (ala ows) or you have to drop out of the system cause there will be no reforming this system we are in or both.

Well, back on topic. I did a small business course run by the govt many moons ago, and their advice regarding paying your bills to corporations and utility companies, was to withhold payment until threats of legal action, so that is what I do. It takes no effort at all, causes a minor shitstorm for them, and possibly creates work for a third party.

No, these instances don't come to us easily anymore, and that is a great part of the problem. It is in the small ways that we can really work to undermine the system, and when we do it, it's really fun. We can chalk up a small victory for ourselves, and savor it.

Yes, but we have a right to not be surveilled. It is that whole thing about being innocent until proven guilty. I don't have a problem with the use of these cameras in very specific instances, but the whole notion of privacy is at stake today, and we should enforce that right, with chewing gum even, if necessary.

Good, but I think we should be aware that certain possibilities might fall under the broad definition of terrorism. LOL. I really like the little things - really little things - things that in and of themselves would be too rediculous to even bring to court, and the prison system is already too overcrowded to bring people to court for mooing in line.
The truth is that there are a myriad number of ways we behave every day that signal our compliance. Perhaps we should explore little ways that overtly signal non-compliance. The possibilitues are endless, and only limited by our own internalized social control.
